Friday & Saturday Night Cruising
On Saturday night, Mopar Nationals in conjunction with the town of Heath and Newark will feature a Cruise night for the participants in down town area. A flyer with directions and more details will be available in the participant goody bag and at the Mopar Nationals registration tent. Also Brice Road will have Cruising on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. This year's Live Band is RARE EARTH!
The Aug. 12- 14 event, when an estimated 20,000 fans are expected to come into Heath from the Mopar Nationals at National Trail Raceway, will extend from Hebron Road all the way to downtown Newark.
The new 3.5-mile route will take the old Chrysler “muscle” cars cruising down Ohio 79 from Irving Wick Dr. in Heath to West Main Street in Newark, then east on West Main all the way to the Courthouse Square.
The parade route will take fans right to the first Newark Music and Wings Festival on the Square.
